Opportunity description

This consultation is launched in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. The contract is a service contract concluded at a global, lump-sum and revisable price. The services to be performed constitute a single phase. The assignment entrusted to the Technical Inspector comprises the following elements, the definition of which is provided by Annex A of Decree No. 99.443 of 28 May 1999 (C.C.T.G.) and by Annex A of standard NF P 03.100: _ Basic assignment L + S _ Basic assignment L + S + PS in all cases where the regulations provide for protection against earthquakes, and the following additional assignments: P1 - F - Ph - Th- Hand - Brd -LE- HYS and other assignments described in Article 12 of the contract framework. The estimated duration of the works (excluding the preparation period) is 22 months. The estimated financial allocation for carrying out the works is 2,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
