France – Technical control services – Technical control assignment for the City of Colomiers

Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The contract may be renewed under the conditions set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The municipality of Colomiers, as contracting authority, wishes to engage the expertise of a technical controller to assist it with its construction, improvement and asset optimization works, with bringing facilities into compliance with accessibility requirements, and with all types of operations. The technical controller will be responsible for: - Checking the design documents - Checking the execution documents - On-site inspection of the construction of works and installation of equipment - Final checks with a view to acceptance - Examination of the works during the perfect completion guarantee period All of this with a general and ongoing concern for: - Economy: operating, upkeep, maintenance and implementation costs, time frames, … - Compliance with implementation time frames, - Architectural and functional quality, - Integration of the project into its environment, - Compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, including accepted industry practices - Consideration of the constraints specific to each facility and its uses The works undertaken under this contract must make it possible, at the end of the operation, where applicable, to obtain the accessibility certificate for the buildings and equipment addressed as part of the accessibility compliance works, as well as any other certificate depending on the nature of the interventions Procedure: open.
