This consultation concerns the following services: Mandatory diagnostic services before works/demolition and before the sale/rental of buildings. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: Lot 1: MANDATORY DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES BEFORE BUILDING WORKS/DEMOLITION OR PUBLIC SPACE DEVELOPMENT Lot 2: MANDATORY DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES BEFORE THE SALE/RENTAL OF A BUILDING. The contract is a framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts awarded pursuant to Article R 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code. Each lot of this framework agreement will be awarded to a single contractor and will result in the issuance of purchase orders by the Public Buyer, under the conditions laid down in Articles R2162-13 and 14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This consultation is conducted under the open tender procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2161-2 of the French Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the service is to carry out mandatory diagnostics before works or before demolition in buildings and their surroundings, on public developments (parks, squares, etc.) as well as roadways.
