Expert assessment of emerging technologies 4. Technical support for major client projects 5. Support for network technical development projects 6. Drafting of CCTPs 7. Analysis of CCTPs and existing procurement documents concerning a given issue 8. Support for the negotiation and drafting of agreements with third parties 9. Analysis of and comments on existing agreements with third parties 10. Preparation of contracts with Special Conditions (CP) relating to the offerings in the LCR catalogue and the Technical Specifications for Access to the Service (STAS) 11. Monitoring and development of existing CP contracts 12. Assistance in the event of a dispute with a third party 13.
