Opportunity description

This framework agreement concerns the supply and installation of carpets and fabrics for events and functions organized within SPL ALPEXPO. The framework agreement is divided into 2 lots: Lot No. 1, supply and installation of event carpets, and Lot No. 2, supply, installation, removal and disposal of event fabrics. SPL ALPEXPO hosts events, carries out and coordinates services on behalf of its clients, and produces its own events. The services covered by this framework agreement may therefore be performed directly for the benefit of SPL ALPEXPO and may be offered by SPL ALPEXPO to its clients in addition to the rental of the various spaces. The contractor is responsible for the supply, transport and installation of the carpets ordered as part of events organized within SPL ALPEXPO. SPL ALPEXPO may ask the contractor to ensure a physical presence on site during certain periods. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 740,000 EUR.
