The contract covers the following services: Thermal renovations of 471 housing units distributed across 25 municipalities in the Tarn department as part of the mass-scale program. Context: Tarn Habitat has launched a large-scale operation aimed at renovating 69 housing complexes, representing approximately 471 collective housing units distributed across 25 municipalities in the Tarn department. This initiative forms part of a strategy to scale up renovation, supported by regional, national and European programs, and mobilizing multiple sources of funding (ERDF, Energy Savings Certificates, Eco-loan, State funding dedicated to energy renovation, etc.).
