The framework agreement, combining purchase orders (routine needs) and subsequent contracts (needs other than routine needs), concerns the maintenance and management of Eau de Paris's urban and forest tree heritage. It is a multi-awardee agreement without reopening competition for the purchase-order portion and with reopening competition for the subsequent-contract portion. It is sized as indicated in the CCA-AC. Its duration is aligned with Eau de Paris's 2027-2032 forecast investment plan. The location and scope of the various services that may be assigned to the contractors are indicated in the CCT-AC common to all lots of the framework agreement and in their associated Price Schedule (RP-AC).
