Opportunity description

The contract concerns the deployment of an integrated HRIS for the in'li group, covering all functional and business processes, including the supply of licenses, maintenance, configuration, data migration, change management support and support throughout the operating period. The framework agreement is composite, handled using mixed pricing (global and fixed-price for licenses and maintenance, and purchase orders for minor developments). The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement is specified in Article 4.2 of the RC. The framework agreement is being relaunched following a decision to discontinue the procedure in order to redefine the buyer's needs, resulting in particular from substantial changes to the essential characteristics of the framework agreement dated 7 August 2026, concerning: - The change to its overall duration and its division between the firm period and renewal periods; - Clarification of the form of the framework agreement in view of the mixed nature of the pricing; - The setting of a maximum value for the framework agreement corresponding to the purchase-order portion Procedure: neg-w-call.
