France – Translation services – Translation and interpreting services for the needs of the Var Department

Opportunity description

The expected service consists, on the one hand, of the translation of written documents (magazines or any other media) related to the Department's communications in order to enhance its image and, on the other hand, of the written translation of documents relating to the preparation and implementation of European territorial cooperation projects. In connection with these latter projects, candidates are expected to provide liaison interpreting services during cooperation meetings and simultaneous interpreting services during project steering committees and other events organized by the Department. This consultation is divided into 2 lots, handled under separate contracts. The service is financed by the departmental budget. The financing of lot no. 1 benefits from a European subsidy under the Italy-France Maritime and Euro-MED 2021-2027 territorial cooperation programme. Translation services will be provided in Italian for the Maritime Cooperation Programme and in English for the other cooperation programmes. Translation services will be provided mainly in English and Italian, but translations may also be requested in other European languages such as Spanish and German. Procedure: open.
