This is a single-award framework agreement concluded pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the French Public Procurement Code and performed as and when purchase orders are issued. Minimum order amount: none. Maximum order amount: EUR 80,000 excluding VAT/year, allocated as follows: - Grand Chalon: EUR 14,000 excluding VAT/year - City of Chalon-sur-Saône: EUR 40,000 excluding VAT/year - CCAS of the City of Chalon-sur-Saône: EUR 26,000 excluding VAT/year The contract will run from 01/07/2026, or from the notification date if later, until 31/12/2026, renewable three times for one year by tacit renewal.
