Opportunity description

This framework agreement with purchase orders, whose maximum annual amount is 185,000 euros excluding VAT (City of Sarcelles, 150,000 euros excluding VAT; CCAS, 30,000 euros excluding VAT; Schools Fund, 5,000 euros excluding VAT), concerns the provision of travel agency services on behalf of the City of Sarcelles, the CCAS and the Schools Fund, exclusively comprising: - the booking and issuance of round-trip airline tickets, in economy class at the lowest available fare, for staff members entitled to subsidized leave and their eligible dependents covered in accordance with regulations, to the DROM and COM eligible under the subsidized leave scheme; - the invoicing of the agency's service charges (fees) per file processed, as defined in the unit price schedule (BPU). The destinations covered are: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia.
