Opportunity description

The La Réunion GHT acquired a complete system, SYSEO from the company YANSYS, based on digital dictation techniques with voice recognition. This contract aims to continue the implementation of this networked digital dictation and voice recognition solution. In accordance with Article R. 2122-3 (The contract can be performed only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights) of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is awarded through a procedure without prior publication or competition. In accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, the single-awardee framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code Procedure: neg-wo-call.
