Opportunity description
As part of the continued development of the NOVAXUD business district located in the immediate vicinity of the TGV station, Le Mans Métropole plans to develop a higher education and innovation training hub on a land area of approximately 3 hectares. This project will also include all the functions necessary for creating a lively and vibrant district close to the hyper-centre. This project will be implemented within the framework of a Concerted Development Zone (ZAC). The launch of the preliminary studies for the creation of this “NOVAXUD – New Campus” ZAC was decided by community council resolution of 3 October 2024. The framework agreement will be performed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices.
