The award procedures are set out in Article 4 of the consultation regulations. Lot No. 2 is a single-awardee framework agreement executed through purchase orders, concluded within the following financial limits: Minimum amount: No minimum Maximum amount: 600,000 euro(s) excluding VAT Lot No. 3 is a single-awardee framework agreement executed through purchase orders, concluded within the following financial limits: Minimum amount: No minimum Maximum amount: 600,000 euro(s) excluding VAT This framework agreement takes effect from its notification date for a firm period of four (4) years. The service commencement date is provided for information only mixed multi-awardee framework agreement executed through purchase orders and subsequent contracts. Works operations excluding undergrounding between 0 euro(s) excluding VAT and 500,000 euro(s) excluding VAT will be subject to purchase orders awarded in rotation and by operation. Services subject to unit prices will be paid based on the quantities actually performed, on the basis of the prices in the unit price schedule. Works operations excluding undergrounding exceeding 500,000 euro(s) excluding VAT will be subject to subsequent contracts. Subsequent contracts will take the form of an ordinary contract at a global and fixed price; the subsequent contract documents will specify what each of the technical sections will contain single-awardee framework agreement executed through purchase orders Procedure: open.
