The study has four strategic objectives: - Establish a guide plan for resilient and coordinated greening and development to integrate climate change into urban development operations, and select around twenty sites to be treated as priorities within the territory. This guide plan will be developed in parallel and in conjunction with the ongoing revision of the PLU, for which strengthening, protecting and enhancing nature in the city, including in private spaces, constitutes a major issue and area of work. - Establish this guide plan through a participatory process, broadly involving citizens from across the city. - Integrate into the study the municipal “places communes” project, aimed at reinventing public spaces and neighborhood life by promoting citizen participation, urban development, and shared greening. - Establish, across the entire city, a land and technical strategy and coordinate the operational implementation of the proposals with the city. This contract is not divided into lots in accordance with the reasons stated in the consultation regulations, available in the consultation dossier. As part of this consultation, the City of Nîmes is acting as the contracting authority. The study has four strategic objectives: - Establish a guide plan for resilient and coordinated greening and development to integrate climate change into urban development operations, and select around twenty sites to be treated as priorities within the territory. This guide plan will be developed in parallel and in conjunction with the ongoing revision of the PLU, for which strengthening, protecting and enhancing nature in the city, including in private spaces, constitutes a major issue and area of work. - Establish this guide plan through a participatory process, broadly involving citizens from across the city. - Integrate into the study the municipal “places communes” project, aimed at reinventing public spaces and neighborhood life by promoting citizen participation, urban development, and shared greening. - Establish, across the entire city, a land and technical strategy and coordinate the operational implementation of the proposals with the city. This contract is concluded for a period beginning on its notification date and ending after 84 months. All services will be remunerated through the application of mixed prices. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, the framework agreement is concluded with one economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum value. The services provided for under the contract will be performed according to the following successive phases: Phase 1 – Diagnosis and issues. Phase 2 – Participatory strategy and definition of scenarios. Phase 3 – Landscape guide plan and experimental sites. Phase 4 – Operational coordination and monitoring of implementation.
