This consultation is a contract for intellectual services enabling the preparation of the Intermunicipal Local Urban Development Plan of the Community of Municipalities of Eastern Somme to be finalized. This contract follows on from a previous contract for the preparation of the PLUi, completed in December 2024, which enabled the completion of the assessments, the PADD, and the elements required to approve the draft PLUi. The contractor must familiarize itself with the existing studies and incorporate them into the continuation of the assignment. It will carry out a critical analysis of the existing documents during the start-up phase and notify the contracting authority of any inconsistency, deficiency, or risk. Procedure: open.
