Opportunity description

The purpose of the consultation is: The services concern the studies (including safety and availability studies), manufacture, supplies, works, testing and commissioning, interface management and related services (warranty, training, spare parts, documentation, etc.) for the implementation of optimized Railway Track equipment and Railway Signalling for the construction of the T4 line between Grand Arénas and Val Fleuri in Cagnes sur Mer. For the Vegetated Surfacing of the Railway Platform, the services concern the construction of topsoil surfacing for the grassed railway platform, including studies, supplies of Topsoil and seeds, and implementation with monitoring of proper plant development. This consultation is launched according to the following procedure: Procedure with negotiation - R.2124-4 and R.2161-21 to 23 of the French Public Procurement Code. The minimum requirements that tenders must meet are as follows: The minimum requirements are set out in the CCTP application phase and the main contractual clauses. Unit-price contract. Administration estimate: 13,500,000 Euros excluding tax. The estimated contract duration is: 69 months, including the warranty phases. The services under this contract concern the performance of the following services: Railway Track: in particular, study services (including safety) with optimization objectives, supplies of 3.5 km of double track and track switches, works (excluding platform earthworks), testing and commissioning associated with the following equipment: concrete railway track equipment using grooved rails on twin-block sleepers, installation on floating slab without and with longitudinal beams, installation on reinforced concrete longitudinal beams (permeable grassed track), installation on engineering structures, track switches with their operating systems, platform drainage systems, site installation and lubrication system. It also includes connecting the T4 line to the existing operational railway tracks.
