Deployment of a permanent artificial intelligence-based video detection and location system for forest fires and other fires Deployment of a permanent artificial intelligence-based video detection and location system for forest fires and fire Operational objectives: - Ensure permanent monitoring, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, of the department's natural areas. - Detect smoke plumes and other signs consistent with the outbreak of a fire as early as possible. - Provide the CTA-CODIS with an actionable, contextualized and localized alert. - Enable rapid verification, particularly through camera control and viewing of live images. - Reduce the time required to mobilize emergency response resources. - Cover 100% of the exposed natural, wooded and forest areas defined by the contractual GIS reference framework appended to this CCTP. - Guarantee continuity, cybersecurity, interoperability, scalability and the absence of vendor lock-in, including for artificial intelligence models at the end of the contract. - Enable the Department and SDIS 21 to operate the data, equipment and configurations during and after the contract. Performance obligation: Upon completion of deployment, all ordered sites must constitute a coherent, supervised, documented network that can be operated from the CTA-CODIS. The system must ensure detection, transmission, display, location, verification, alert management, logging and data export without relying on an unauthorized external cloud service.
