Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to secure the assets of OPAC de l'Oise through the supply and installation of video surveillance, as well as through the supply, installation and maintenance of the reinforced access control system. As this framework agreement is performed progressively through the issuance of purchase orders, the CLIENT uses a single-contractor framework agreement through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. These services are divided into the following lots: - Lot No. 1 - Supply and installation of video surveillance - Lot No. 2 - Supply, installation and maintenance of the reinforced access control system The services will be performed in the department of Oise and, where applicable, in neighboring departments.
