This public contract is awarded under the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2123-1 and R. 2123-1, 3° (Social and other specific services) of the Public Procurement Code. The public contract resulting from this consultation constitutes a framework agreement setting out all the contractual provisions and performed as purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is single-award. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, the contracts are concluded without a minimum amount but with the following maximum order amounts for the total duration of the public contract (renewals included): lot no. 1: 600 000 euro(s) excluding VAT / lot 2: 450 000 euro(s) excluding VAT / lot 3: 600 000 euro(s) excluding VAT / lot 4: 200 000 euro(s) excluding VAT / lot 5: 450 000 euro(s) excluding VAT. This public contract is concluded from its notification date for a period of twelve months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a new period of 12 months. At the end of the first contractual period of 12 months, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a new period of 12 months. If Constructys decides not to renew the public contract, it shall inform the Contractor via Constructys' public procurement dematerialization platform no later than 2 months before the expiry of the current contractual period.
