Opportunity description

This public contract is awarded under the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2123-1 and R. 2123-1, 3° (Social and other specific services) of the Public Procurement Code. It is a single-award framework agreement concluded partly through purchase orders and partly through subsequent contracts (Articles R2162-13, R2162-14, R2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code). The purchase orders concern services whose characteristics and prices are fully defined in the contract documents. The purpose of the subsequent contracts is to specify the technical, educational or financial characteristics of services falling within the scope of the lot but not fully defined at the framework agreement stage. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, the minimum and maximum amounts of each lot for the total duration of the contract (including renewals) are as follows: - no minimum amount - maximum order amount: 50,000 euro(s) excluding tax This public contract is concluded from its notification date for a period of twelve months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a new period of 12 months each. The ideal start dates of the first workshops are specified in the technical annexes to the CCTP. The estimated notification date of the public contract is between 24 September and 26 October 2026 Contract duration: 48 months. Renewals: Yes This public contract is concluded from its notification date for a period of twelve months. At the end of the first contractual period of 12 months, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a new period of 12 months each. If Constructys decides not to renew the public contract, it shall inform the Contractor via Constructys' public procurement dematerialization platform no later than 2 months before the end of the current contractual period.
