France – Waste and rubbish containers and bins – Acquisition, supply and delivery of spare parts for semi-underground waste containers (CSE)

This contract concerns the acquisition of spare parts compatible with the semi-underground containers installed over the last ten years, in particular for the following reasons: - Sustainability of existing equipment: The semi-underground containers installed over the last ten years represent a significant investment for the local authority. In order to ensure the sustainability of this equipment and avoid its premature replacement, it is essential to have compatible spare parts enabling its maintenance and proper use. Indeed, the compatibility of the parts makes it possible to extend the service life of the existing installations; - Continuity of public service: The current semi-underground containers are essential for waste collection. A prolonged breakdown due to a lack of compatible parts could lead to disruptions in the service, health risks and inconvenience for users. Having suitable parts ensures continuity of service. - Uniformity of the existing fleet: The territory has a uniform fleet of semi-underground containers. The use of compatible parts makes it possible to maintain this uniformity, facilitating management, maintenance and the training of technical teams.
