Opportunity description

The procurement procedure is being conducted within the framework of a joint procurement group established pursuant to Articles L2113-6 to 8 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contracting authority is the City of Ploufragan, coordinator of the group. The contracting authority is responsible for signing and notifying the framework agreement, then awarding the subsequent contracts, with each member thereafter responsible for their performance in respect of its own requirements. This is a framework agreement for supplies, the purpose of which is the supply and delivery of wood pellets, concluded for 12 months from the date of its notification, renewable once for the same period. Performance may begin on 1 January 2027. The maximum annual amount of the framework agreement is set at €500,000 excluding VAT.
