Opportunity description

The following infrastructure will be constructed as part of the project: - the creation of two bidirectional dedicated-lane Public Transport (TCSP) lanes, - the creation of a Multimodal Transport Hub (PEM) associated with a Park-and-Ride Facility (P+R) at the Plaines roundabout, - the creation of a pedestrian and cycle path to accommodate the Regional Cycle Route (VVR), - the conversion of general traffic to 2×2 lanes on the section concerned (creation of 2 additional lanes), - the creation of a new Non-Standard Engineering Structure (OANC) over the Marsouins River to accommodate two general traffic lanes, two lanes dedicated to Public Transport and the Regional Cycle Route, - work on the five interchanges along the route (Bourbier interchange, Beaulieu interchange, Leconardel half-interchange, Bras Canot intersection, Plaines roundabout), - high-quality landscaping, as well as work on crossings for active modes and the mitigation of nuisances (particularly noise), ensuring the integration of this major route into its urban environment, Finally, this project is associated with a restructuring of the local and interurban bus networks (Estival, Car Jaune), particularly in connection with the functionalities offered by this new infrastructure.
