The main objective of this contract is to design the Department's new main website (www.allier.fr) so that it is high-performing, accessible, streamlined and scalable, ensuring consistency in the user experience and control over public data. This contract covers: - the complete redesign of the main website www.allier.fr; - the creation of a cross-site search engine (scalable to include the other satellite sites); - the harmonization of service pathways (assistance, procedures, forms, contacts, recruitment, news, events); - the implementation of a shared editorial system (single back office, differentiated rights by operational department); - the migration and optimization of existing content; - the implementation of sovereign and secure hosting; - the implementation of preventive, adaptive and corrective maintenance; - for optional tranche No. 1: the implementation of a conversational assistant (AI Chatbot); - for optional tranche No. 2: the redesign or integration of the Department's satellite sites under a common technical and graphic framework Procedure: open.
