Qualified firms are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to submit applications detailing their credentials. Interested firms are advised to download the Request for Qualifications at http://ddcftp.nyc.gov/rfpweb/ or pick-up at The Department of Design and Construction, 1st floor, Contracts Office, 30-30 Thomson Avenue, L.I.C., NY 11101. The application for the PQL s will be continuously on DDC s website and available for pick-up. The applications may be submitted to DDC at any time, and shall be approved or denied within ninety days (90) from the date of submission.
