The Municipality of Sandhausen is awarding the maintenance, deep, glass and frame cleaning of its properties in four lots. Lot 1 comprises the schools with sports halls, Lot 2 the facilities for core-time care, after-school care and kindergartens, Lot 3 other municipal buildings, and Lot 4 the glass and frame cleaning of all properties. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. Variants and proposals for amendments are excluded. The contract begins on 01.01.2027 and runs until 31.07.2030; it is extended twice by one year each time, at most until 31.07.2032, unless it is terminated with six months' notice. Maintenance and deep cleaning of the schools with sports halls of the Municipality of Sandhausen in accordance with the specifications in the procurement documents. Maintenance and deep cleaning of the core-time care, after-school care and kindergarten facilities of the Municipality of Sandhausen in accordance with the specifications in the procurement documents. Maintenance and deep cleaning of the other buildings of the Municipality of Sandhausen in accordance with the specifications in the procurement documents. Glass and frame cleaning of all properties of the Municipality of Sandhausen in accordance with the specifications in the procurement documents. Procedure: open.
