Service The operation of a communal accommodation facility (GU) is being put out to tender. The communal accommodation facility is located in Rostock's Gartenstadt/Stadtweide district. The address is: Satower Str. 130, 18059 Rostock. The property consists of several two-story residential buildings as well as a social services and administrative building, a heating and storage building, a security building, and the associated outdoor grounds. The property was leased as of 08.10.2014 and has since been used as collective accommodation. Since then, the operation (support and management) has been carried out by an operator. The communal accommodation facility has capacity for up to 397 people. The persons accommodated are asylum seekers, war refugees, and other foreign refugees. The contract is to be performed in cooperation with the respective security company. The contractual relationship begins on 01.11.2026 at 08:00 and is initially concluded until 31.10.2028.
