Through the ESF Federal Programme “Education, Economy, Work in the Neighbourhood – BIWAQ”, the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) provides grants for projects that link labour market policy activities and approaches to strengthening the local economy with area-based integrated urban development. The aim of this invitation to tender is to commission a programme management office to provide technical and scientific support for BIWAQ from August 2026 through March 2029 inclusive, for 32 months. During this period, a maximum of 54 BIWAQ projects will take place. In summary, the tasks of the programme management office include: • Technical support and advice for the maximum of 54 BIWAQ VI projects • Monitoring and evaluation of the projects and assessment of programme implementation at the overall programme level • Support in handling ad hoc assignments • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of events • Accompanying public relations work • Coordination meetings with the contracting authority Procedure: open.
