Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH intends to replace its existing control and monitoring system for the airport lighting installations with a modern new system. Implementation must be carried out without interruptions or disruptions while maintaining continuous operational readiness of the lighting installations. By installing a new system to control the lighting and providing its maintenance and repair, the contractor shall ensure the maximum availability, functionality, and operational safety of the installations. Furthermore, a partnership shall be maintained for the future further development and adaptation of the system software in line with the latest state of development. The scope of services covers the products installed in the project and all software components from the relevant manufacturers required for the functionality of the overall system, including the license agreements. In this context, spare parts and materials will, of course, be required to keep the systems operational and technically up to date. Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) intends to replace its existing control and monitoring system for the airport lighting installations (Honeywell-BÜSIII based on "Solaris10") with a modern new system. Implementation must be carried out without interruptions or disruptions while maintaining continuous operational readiness of the lighting installations. The existing Honeywell hardware in the stations (transformer, regulator, CAM/LCU, Phönix Interbus S, etc.) and in the field (secondary transformer, ASD, etc.) must be compatible with the new higher-level control system. By installing a new system to control the lighting and providing its maintenance and repair, the contractor shall ensure the maximum availability, functionality, and operational safety of the installations. Furthermore, a partnership shall be maintained for the future further development and adaptation of the system software in line with the latest state of development.
