The subject matter of the contract is to cover the arising need for drinking water testing for Legionella, Escherichia coli (E. coli), coliform bacteria, intestinal enterococci, colony count at 22 °C, colony count at 36 °C and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as lead, copper, nickel, iron, cadmium, arsenic and antimony, at the properties of the Federal Institute for Real Estate. All testing obligations pursuant to the Drinking Water Ordinance (TrinkwV), in the version currently in force at the time the services are performed, must be fulfilled in accordance with the service description (Annex C-02 in the procurement documents).
