Opportunity description

The reason for the procurement procedure is the planned renovation of the listed Heinrich-Hansjakob-Schule, comprising the main building and the Schultheiß'sches Haus, in 79761 Waldshut-Tiengen. The objective is the professional implementation of the planned renovation, energy-efficiency and fire-protection measures, taking into account heritage conservation requirements and ongoing school operations or school operations to be organized in a coordinated manner. For the award of the planning services on the basis of the HOAI, the contracting authority intends to conduct a negotiated procedure pursuant to Section 17 VgV with a call for competition. The planning services to be awarded comprise the following partial services (all partial services must be offered): - Building and interior design services pursuant to Sections 33 et seq.
