Service: Building and interior design, thermal building physics incl. PHP, room and building acoustics, fire safety verification, overall BIM coordination, service phases: 2-9 Construction project: New construction of the arts and natural sciences wing with approx. 2000 m² NUF, refurbishment of the roof structure of the connecting building with approx. 250 m² roof area, refurbishment of laboratory building approx. 225 m² NRF, interim solution during the construction phase 3*4 classrooms + ancillary rooms Cost ceiling: €29.66 million (gross, KG 200-600) Construction execution: 1st partial construction measure: hazardous materials remediation, demolition and excavation pit preparation for the New Laboratory Building, construction of interim building, relocation of utilities, 2nd partial construction measure: New construction of the New Laboratory Building, refurbishment of the roof structure of the connecting building, refurbishment of the Old Laboratory Building, The project will be implemented using the BIM planning methodology.
