Building and interior design planning services for the Friedrich Ebert School - Energy-efficient renovation of the existing buildings and investment program for the expansion of all-day provision at primary schools. The Friedrich Ebert School is a two- to three-form-entry primary school in the Offenbach Waldheim district. It consists of two school buildings and a sports hall dating from the 1950s, as well as a pavilion building dating from the 1970s, which are connected by covered walkways. Together with the adjacent Holy Cross Church, they are protected as an ensemble. The sports hall was already renovated in 2010 and is not part of the project. The interiors of the three other buildings are to be refurbished as part of the investment program for the expansion of all-day provision. It must also be examined whether the pavilion building can be retained or must be replaced by a new building. A feasibility study for a spatial and educational concept is currently being prepared. The buildings dating from the 1950s were constructed using a concrete frame design and have window façades that visually extend across all floors. Both the window façades and the building envelope are to undergo energy-efficient renovation in keeping with the ensemble. Procedure: neg-w-call.
