Germany – Architectural and related services – Planning services for the renovation of the Marstall building in Zerbst/Anhalt

Opportunity description

The subject of the construction project is the renovation, in accordance with monument preservation requirements, and conversion of the former Marstall building from the early 18th century into a public toilet facility and a hall for public cultural events. As part of this procurement, services for building design, structural design, and planning services for technical building equipment (HVAC and plumbing, electrical engineering) are to be commissioned for the conversion. The contract is divided into lots. The following services are to be provided for the property: 1. Building design pursuant to § 34 HOAI - Basic services pursuant to Annex 10 HOAI, - Service phases 2–8 as a firm commission, - Service phase 9 as an option; - all partial services in each service phase are to be provided. 2. Outdoor facilities design pursuant to § 39 HOAI - Basic services pursuant to Annex 11 HOAI, - Service phases 1–8 as a firm commission, - Service phase 9 as an option; - all partial services in each service phase are to be provided. The following services are to be provided for the property: Structural design pursuant to § 49 HOAI – Basic services pursuant to Annex 14 HOAI – Service phases 1 - 6 as a firm commission – all partial services in each service phase are to be provided. The following services are to be provided for the property: TGA planning, ALG 1–3, pursuant to § 53 HOAI – Basic services pursuant to Annex 15 HOAI, – Service phases 1–8 as a firm commission, – Service phase 9 as an option; – all partial services in each service phase are to be provided. The following services are to be provided for the property: TGA planning, ALG 4–5, pursuant to § 53 HOAI – Basic services pursuant to Annex 15 HOAI, – Service phases 1–8 as a firm commission, – Service phase 9 as an option; – all partial services in each service phase are to be provided.
