Project planning for buildings and interiors (§ 34 HOAI), basic services pursuant to Annex 10.1 HOAI, conversions and modernizations of buildings and interiors (§ 36 HOAI), basic services for service phases 1-9, in stages, initially LP 1-3, special services. The Mettnau lido is a historic open-air swimming pool on the southern shore of the Mettnau peninsula in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, which opened in 1928 and features classically influenced pavilion architecture. The building dates from the same period and has the following main uses: - Ticket office - Changing rooms - Toilets - Kitchen with ancillary rooms - Outdoor catering - Facility manager’s apartment Due to structural, technical and functional deficiencies, the City of Radolfzell intends to renovate, modernize and partially convert the building while preserving its character. Following the submission of a funding application in October 2026, the construction work is scheduled to be carried out from September 2027 to May 2028.
