The City of Osnabrück intends to upgrade the northern section of Ellerstraße in a 1st construction phase between Vehrter Landstraße and Dodeshausweg over a length of approximately 1,250 m to meet traffic requirements. In addition to the fundamental renewal of the roadway, ancillary areas (cycle paths, footpaths, multifunctional areas), equipment and surface drainage must be taken into account in the scope of services. The additional effort required for coordination with the utility operators and the requirement to be present on the construction site must be included in the tender prices. The planning services to be implemented can be found in the attached preliminary draft design, including the explanatory report. The eligible construction costs are estimated at approximately EUR 4.143 million (net). Construction is scheduled to begin from September 2026/autumn 2026. The road construction work is to be carried out over a period of approximately 2 years. The construction project is expected to be implemented with full closures in sections. The subject of the contract is local construction supervision (excluding the basic service of service phase 8) and excluding the basic service of service phase 9 pursuant to Sections 45 et seq. HOAI.
