Project planning in accordance with HOAI § 47 Transport Facilities, service phases 1-9, including Special Services At the “Sportpark Henstedt” sports facility (Bgm.-Steenbock-Str.), an additional full-size artificial-turf football pitch was put into operation in 2025, supplementing the already existing artificial-turf football pitches (1x full-size pitch, 1x small pitch). To meet the increased need for sufficiently large changing rooms, the construction of a new building is planned. Eight changing rooms with four washing/shower rooms and WC as well as two changing rooms for referees are planned therein. In addition, a WC facility for visitors, an office and a meeting room with kiosk, as well as equipment rooms, are to be created there. The new building is to be constructed on the existing car park. The parking spaces eliminated there, as well as further parking spaces required in accordance with the parking space regulations, are to be constructed elsewhere on the site. Transport facilities planning is required for this purpose. It is intended to apply for funding for the project from the federal programme “Renovation of Municipal Sports Facilities”. Funding requirements for replacement new buildings include, among other things, achieving an EH-55 standard and supplying 100 % of the heat from renewable energies. The estimated total costs for KG 500 amount to 845.295,- €. The subject of the procurement procedure is planning services with the service profile Project Planning in accordance with HOAI § 47 Transport Facilities, service phases 1-9, including Special Services. The commissioning will take place in stages. --- For this purpose, offices that cover the aforementioned service profile and have implemented comparable measures in the past are invited to participate in the competition. The following procedure will be conducted: In Phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required supporting documents. In Phase 2, the requests to participate received will be reviewed and the number of admitted applicants will be limited. The applicants in Phase 2 will be invited separately to a negotiated procedure.
