The subject of the intended contract is the preparation, execution, support and follow-up of the required planning approval procedures and, where applicable, required plan amendment procedures under the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) for the first section of the so-called onshore route of the offshore grid connection systems (ONAS) NOR-12-3 (LanWin6) and NOR-12-4 (LanWin7). This planning section extends from the landfall point, here on the Schleswig-Holstein North Sea coast (municipality of Büsum, Dithmarschen district), to the handover point to the NordOstLink (NOL), south of Hemmingstedt, Dithamrschen district. In addition to LanWin6 (LA6) and LanWin7 (LA7), the route of three further ONAS (NOR-x-3, NOR-x-6 and NOR-x-9) must also be technically "co-planned" as a precaution in this section (without application documents).
