Opportunity description

Specialist planning services pursuant to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55 Technical Equipment, system groups 1 to 5, service phases 1–9. The Municipality of Bargum intends to extend, renovate and convert the existing community hall, with functional integration of the fire brigade. The objective is the functional reorganization and extension of the existing building structure into a multifunctional village community hall. The project comprises the reorganization of the floor plan structure, the extension of usable areas (including the hall and group rooms), the adaptation of the structural and technical infrastructure, and consideration of the special requirements of fire brigade use. The costs of cost groups 200–700 were estimated at approximately EUR 2.7 million gross. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the scope of services for specialist planning of technical equipment in the following system groups: System Group 1 (wastewater, water and gas systems), System Group 2 (heat supply systems), System Group 3 (ventilation systems), System Group 4 (high-voltage installations), and System Group 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems) pursuant to HOAI, and that have implemented similar projects in the past. Service phases 1–9 are to be carried out. The commissioning will take place in stages. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned scopes of services.
