Specialist structural engineering planning pursuant to § 51 HOAI, LPH 1-6, Special Services, phased award To ensure all-day care for primary school children, to which there is a legal entitlement from 01.08.2026, alterations to the existing building and the addition of an extension to the Lütte School in Henstedt-Ulzburg are required in order to meet the changed and additional space requirements. The majority of the measure relates to the new extension building. The proportion of alterations to the existing building (through the connection between the existing building and the new building) is estimated at approx. 8%. The subject of the procurement procedure is specialist structural engineering planning pursuant to § 51 HOAI. For this purpose, planning offices that cover the aforementioned scope of services and have implemented comparable measures in the past are invited to participate in the competition. A phased commissioning is planned. The contractor is required to submit proposals that lead to simplification and improvement and / or cost reduction. The objective is an overall measure that is free of conflicts and cost-effective. The preliminary cost estimates amount to a total of €3,905,520.00 gross (KG 300+400). The following procedure will be carried out: In Phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required supporting documents. In Phase 2, the requests to participate received will be examined and the number of admitted applicants will be limited. The applicants in Phase 2 will be separately invited to a negotiated procedure.
