Opportunity description

Engineering structure design services and specialist structural design planning – gas and water supply installations for the redesign of the OD L 3117 in Neu-Isenburg. The contracting authority is aware of the complexity of its project, the interfaces with the neighboring RTW project, and the particular circumstance of adopting an existing draft design as the planning basis for the tenderers. The contracting authority therefore intends to carry out the project in partnership, with fair remuneration for additional or modified services. Carl-Ulrich-Straße and Friedhofstraße constitute the most important east-west connection within the urban area of Neu-Isenburg, with a significant access function for the urban area. The road corridor, which is classified as state road L 3117, is also of great importance with regard to the connection to the regional road network and is used by numerous urban and regional bus routes. To implement a future-proof and efficient overall concept for the L 3117 through-road, the City of Neu-Isenburg intends to redesign the Carl-Ulrich Straße/Schleussnerstraße – Friedhofstraße road corridor, with particular consideration given to the interests of all road users, urban-space and green-space design, and the routing of the Regionaltangente West (RTW) to Birkengewann.
