General refurbishment of the north pier at the Port of List on Sylt, design of civil engineering structures During structural inspections of the Port of List on Sylt, damage to components and structures was identified above and below water. A corresponding expert report from 2025 is available. The areas affected in the port are the north pier, west quay, southwest pier, south pier and southeast pier. The damage essentially consists of: corrosion perforation of sheet pile walls to varying extents and in different damage classes, cracks in mastic asphalt surfacing and paving, damage to asphalt revetment, cracks in the sprayed concrete coating of reinforced concrete beams and piles, damage to friction piles, access ladders, railings and steel rails, concrete damage to stairs, embrittled joint sealant in the concrete slope. The damage to the north pier sheet pile wall has increased severely over the past two years; due to the extensive corrosion perforation of the northeast sheet pile wall and the destruction of the revetment beneath the north pier, the immediate and complete refurbishment of this area is absolutely necessary. The costs of cost groups 300-700 were estimated at approximately EUR 3.5 million net. For this purpose, planning offices that cover the service profile for the design of civil engineering structures in accordance with HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past are invited to participate in the competition. Service phases 1-9 are to be performed. The contract will be awarded in stages. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only some of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.
