Opportunity description

The contracting authority intends to commission the scope of services for outdoor facilities design, service phases 1–9 pursuant to § 39 HOAI, for the construction of new outdoor areas at the existing primary school with a single or double sports hall at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 in Munich. The listed primary school will undergo comprehensive refurbishment and be expanded into a four-form-entry primary school with all-day care. As part of the project, access and infrastructure areas required for school operations (e.g. delivery zone), as well as recreational, sports and break areas (such as an outdoor classroom, traffic training course, seating and sports equipment), 1 all-weather pitch measuring 22 m x 28 m, 1 running track measuring 4 x 1.22 m x 65 m, and 1 grass playing field measuring 40 m x 60 m will be created. Use of the roof area by the school, for example as a break area or outdoor classroom, was ruled out by the heritage authority. Instead, the roof is intended either for the installation of a PV system or as a biodiversity roof. The number of car parking spaces will still be determined according to the parking-space allocation formula and requirements. Procedure: open.
