Opportunity description

Specialist fire protection planning (fire protection concept) and specialist fire protection construction supervision are being put out to tender for the replacement building of the Institute of Molecular Biology (ImBIG) on the Poppelsdorf Campus of the University of Bonn. The four-story laboratory building with S1 and S2 laboratories will be constructed using a timber-hybrid design with four fire-compartment-forming cores serving as required stairwells. The requirements include preparation of a fire protection concept, fire protection consulting during all planning phases, and specialist construction supervision during construction (construction start 07/2030, completion 06/2034).
