Opportunity description

Schulbau Hamburg (SBH) is procuring consulting services in the area of quality assurance for LPH 8 for KG 300 & 500 in general contractor projects. The scope of services covers the following points: - Construction-accompanying quality assurance controlling, including defect management, review of the execution planning for compliance with the contractual requirements, and technical & contractual consulting services regarding claim management and defect rectification within the contractual relationship with the general contractor (contractor). The technical quality assurance consultant shall provide the following service areas: Planning- and construction-accompanying controlling 1. The technical consultant acts as quality assurance with regard to the services and quality standards contractually agreed in accordance with the FLB, during the planning and execution phases through to successful handover to the users, commissioning, and acceptance of the general contractor. 2. Defect management, including communication with the general contractor during implementation until all acceptance defects have been rectified. 3. Communication with the representative of the contracting authority of GMH, the project control and project management teams, and the specialist planners commissioned by the client (SBH) (including artistic supervision of LPH 8). 4. In addition, the HOAI in its currently valid version, with its service profiles for design review and site supervision as quality assurance for service phase 8, applies.
