Opportunity description

The services to be provided (basic services and special services) by the contractor are described in the annex "HOAI Service Profiles". The service profiles for the scope of planning are based on HOAI 2021 and the AHO publication series. Due to the phased commissioning (Stage 1: LPH 1-4 as well as an early partial LPH 5 for the preparation of key details) and the subsequent award to a general contractor (GU), structural particularities arise in the planning process. In LPH 6, the contractor’s scope of services explicitly includes the preparation of a functional performance specification with a performance programme (FLB) as the basis for the GU tender. In accordance with the contract, the final implementation planning (remaining LPH 5) will be transferred to the GU. The resulting interfaces, divisions of services and fee shifts can be found in the attached annex-specific HOAI service profile tables and must be taken into account.
