Opportunity description
"New Construction of the EUREGIO Office" in Gronau: Specialist planning services for technical equipment in system groups 1–8 pursuant to Section 53 et seq. of HOAI 2021 in service phases 1–9 Following a successful building design implementation competition, the new construction of the Euregio office is intended to realize an architecturally and structurally ambitious project at the German-Dutch border crossing in Gronau. The urban redevelopment of the site provides for an ensemble of several buildings grouped around a newly created Euregio Square. As a three-storey structure, the new office forms the striking entrance to the campus and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Euregio Conference Center. The present procedure concerns the award of planning services for technical equipment in system groups 1–8 pursuant to Section 53 et seq. of HOAI 2021 in service phases 1–9 and is aimed at engineers or consulting engineers. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Description of technical equipment: The technical equipment follows an integrated, sustainable planning concept with the following key requirements: - AG 1 - Wastewater, water and gas systems: Rainwater management with retention via a retention roof, water-saving fittings, piping systems for the kitchen/canteen and outdoor irrigation. - AG 2 - Heat supply systems: CO2-free heating via electrically operated heat pumps with outside-air intake; supply of the basic temperature control (18 °C) via thermal activation of building components (heated screed). - AG 3 - Ventilation systems: Ventilation concept with targeted use of mechanical ventilation in necessary areas (e.g. meeting rooms, kitchen), natural ventilation via openable windows and an atrium with a chimney effect for night cooling. - AG 4 - High-voltage systems: Connection and integration of an approximately 450 m² PV system, energy-efficient LED lighting (possibly daylight-controlled), integration into the building management system, optional provision of charging facilities for e-mobility. - AG 5 - Telecommunications and information technology systems: Data network in accordance with the current standard, comprehensive coverage, media/conference technology for meeting rooms, expansion options for hybrid use. - AG 6 - Conveying systems: Accessible passenger elevator in accordance with DIN 18040, central access to the upper floors. - AG 7 - Use-specific systems: Equipment for canteen operation, possibly supporting media technology in the atrium/foyer area for events. - AG 8 - Building automation/instrumentation and control: Efficient control of the building services systems, room automation for individual room control, connection of all trades to a higher-level system for operational optimization and consumption monitoring. The project places high demands on energy efficiency, user comfort and sustainability. The planning services are to be provided in an integrated interplay with architecture, structural engineering, building physics and landscape planning. An interdisciplinary planning approach is expected. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
