Fördern & Wohnen is a social enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg with around 2,200 employees and over 200 locations. From emergency accommodation to assisted housing: In our 6 fields of work, we are there for homeless people and refugees, people with mental illnesses and disabilities. We create housing for people who face particular difficulties in the housing market. To meet the legal requirements of the Building Modernization Act (GModG), hydraulic balancing of the heating systems must be ensured in the Rental and Property Management division (and, subsequently, also at selected “Public-law accommodation (ÖrU)” locations). This is mandatory, particularly when heating systems are installed, modified or optimized, and serves to assess and optimize heating systems for energy efficiency in order to ensure economical and energy-efficient operation over the long term. To ensure standardized, economical service provision that is available at short notice at all times, a framework agreement is to be concluded with one or more suitable bidders. The services are to be called off under the framework agreement as required. 3 lots are planned: Lot 1: Heating load calculation, Lot 2: Hydraulic balancing, Lot 3: Replacement of thermostatic valves The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 2 years, with the option of 2 extensions of 1 additional year each, up to a maximum of 4 years.
