Opportunity description

Specialist planning services pursuant to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55 Technical Equipment, system groups 1-5, 7, 8, service phases 1-9. The Municipality of Borstel-Hohenraden is planning the renovation and extension of the existing old gymnasium in Borstel-Hohenraden, with the aim of converting the building into a modern multifunctional building. Premises are to be created for the village community, clubs, school and other user groups. Plans include a large event hall, a multifunctional foyer for use as a meeting hall, a kitchen with a serving area, a permanently installed stage with backstage and storage areas, as well as office and archive spaces. The existing gymnastics rooms will be retained and integrated into the overall concept. In addition, sufficient storage, utility and flexibly usable multipurpose spaces will be created to ensure economical use of the building in line with requirements. The costs of cost groups 200-700 are estimated at approximately €3,968,422.30 net. Of this, approximately €1,624,994.02 net is attributable to cost group 300 and approximately €976,359.34 net to cost group 400. For this purpose, planning firms are invited to participate in the competition that cover the scope of services for specialist planning of technical equipment in the following system groups: system group 1 (wastewater, water and gas systems), system group 2 (heat supply systems), system group 3 (ventilation systems), system group 4 (high-voltage systems), system group 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems), system group 7 (use-specific and process engineering systems) and system group 8 (building automation) pursuant to HOAI, and that have implemented similar measures in the past. Service phases 1-9 are to be performed. Commissioning will take place in stages. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned scopes of services.
